WPC Anti-Collision Wall Panels for a Five-Story Office Project

WPC anti-collision wall panels were used in a five-story office project for China Railway Tunnel Group Fourth Engineering Co., Ltd. The office space covers approximately 10,000 m² in total. The panels were applied in meeting rooms, elevator areas, public corridors, and the staff dining room.

A Consistent Wall Finish Across Office Spaces

The project includes spaces with different daily uses, from meeting and training rooms to busy circulation and dining areas. WPC anti-collision wall panels provided a coordinated decorative finish across these areas while serving the project’s need for wall surfaces suited to frequent use.

In the completed meeting room, the light-colored wall panels create a clean backdrop for the display area. The training space uses a coordinated wall finish around the company signage. In the staff dining room, the panels continue across a large wall area for a simple, consistent appearance.

Product Testing Information

Testing documentation is available for a 1,220 mm anti-collision board sample produced by Foshan Langqing New Building Materials Co., Ltd., an affiliated manufacturer. The tested sample recorded a formaldehyde emission value of 0.014 mg/m³ and met the ENF classification requirements stated in report MC2025RZB0185 under GB/T 39600-2021. A separate report, FH2025RS0354, classified the tested sample as B1 (C) for reaction to fire under GB 8624-2012.
